SARRIETTE MAGNUM
A classic rosé, pressed using a short maceration period from the traditional «La Clape» varieties such as Syrah and Grenache. Aromas of red berries, with notes of almonds, bread biscuits and herbs. On the palate, it is structured and robust. It is a dry but very well-balanced wine which is extremely refreshing, lively and digestible. «Sarriette» is the French word for savory (an aromatic mint), which forms part the garrigue at Laquirou.
Average age of the vines: 20 years
Maturation: Short maceration period, fermentation and aging in stainless
steel vats
Perfect with: Grilled fish, fish stew, paella, vegetable risotto and
