ALBUS AOP LA CLAPE

Our white wine from local grape varieties Bourboulenc and Grenache Blanc. Notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and a garrigue of aromatic herbs. Balanced on the palate, straightforward and fresh. «Albus» comes from the Latin word for «white».

Average age of the vines: 20 years
Maturation: Steel tanks, without reduction of acidity
Perfect with: Oysters, mussels, fried fish, charcuterie
Optimal drinking: Within three years of the vintage
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
