ROXANNE
Our top white wine was named after the 1978 song by British band «The Police», and it’s a blend of Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc. Mature and complex aromas with notes of citrus fruits, vanilla, candied orange, fresh herbs and spices. On the palate it is multi-layered, structured and full-bodied, supported by juicy acidity.
Underlying woody aromas and a long finish.
Average age of the vines: 30 years
Maturation: Fermented and matured in oak casks (6 months),
50% of which are new wood. No biological acid degradation,
resulting in a fresh, animating and crisp wine
Perfect with: Lobster, salmon or tuna carpaccio, vegetable terrine, pies
Optimal drinking: Within six years of the vintage
