General
The customer guarantees that he is at least 18 years old at the time of his order.
Any general terms and conditions of the customer are hereby waived.
Deviations from these GTC are only valid if they have been agreed by the parties in writing or by e-mail.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs and subject to possible changes.
Orders
Orders can be cancelled on the same day only; otherwise, they are considered binding. You will be informed by e-mail in the event of any delay to your order. Items may be subject to limited availability.
Bulk discount
Benefit from a 10% discount when purchasing ten or more cartons.
Data protection and security
We only record the data necessary to process your order. All personal data will be treated confidentially. We reserve the right to use your personal data for credit checks and credit monitoring within the context of data exchange.
Shipping conditions
Deliveries are only possible in Switzerland.
Shipping costs:
Free shipping from an order value of CHF 500.00.
Up to an order value of CHF 500.00 we charge a flat rate of CHF 40.00.
Up to 24 bottles we send your wine by post/vinolog. From 24 bottles, delivery is usually by lorry.
Orders received by 12.00 noon will be delivered the following working day. Except for dispatch by post/vinolog (delivery approx. 4 – 5 days).
Terms of payment
30 days net from the date of invoice.
Gerichtsstand
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich.
